• For course meals and all-you-can-drink options, all members of the group must order them.Except for children under elementary school age, we require that each group order the same item.

- Children under elementary school age receive a 50% discount on the course. Junior high school students and older will be charged the adult rate. (*Children's rates are not eligible for any discounts.))

Regardless of whether you have a reservation or not, there is a 2-hour time limit for seating.

We do not accept requests for specific seats or changes of seating during the tour.

・For hygiene reasons, we ask that you refrain from taking home any leftover food.Please note.

• Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome.I'll be happy to help.

・Service animals for people with disabilities are allowed in the store. Please contact us before your visit.We regret that we cannot allow any other pets to accompany you.

・Bringing in outside food and drinks is generally not permitted.However, you are allowed to bring your own cake.A corkage fee of 1,000 yen will be charged per cake.

Minors are allowed to enter the store.However, we cannot serve alcoholic beverages.

Regarding cancellation fees

・If you need to change the number of people or if you cannot finalize the number of people until the day of the event, please contact us by phone by 13:00 on the day of the event.

- This fee will not apply if you cancel by 13:00 on the day of the event.

・A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations or reductions in the number of participants without prior notice.Please note.However, no cancellation fee will be charged if the business is suspended.

Regarding group reservations

Group reservations are also available.We accept reservations for up to 28 people via our website.For groups of 29 or more, please make a request reservation or contact us by phone.
